All estimates and work orders are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Once you approve a proposal, we’ll schedule your project and begin work within the agreed timeframe. Payment terms are outlined in your contract: we typically require a deposit before materials are ordered, with the balance due upon completion of the job. For emergency roof repairs, we may request payment at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Our work comes with a warranty—details are provided in your signed agreement. Warranties cover manufacturer defects and workmanship for the stated period. They do not cover damage from improper maintenance, severe weather, or unauthorized modifications. If you have a concern, call us at (973) 786-9795, and we’ll make it right. We’re an accredited business with the BBB and carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation.
